Les deux Dienstbach
France and Austria merge with a German winery of the extra class.
Design is a pleasure for the eye. Our GAIA model even more so. But design alone does not make you full. At Les deux Dienstbach, both can be wonderfully combined since 25 March 2022. The French restaurant of the twins Jennifer and Nathalie is embedded in one of Germany's best wineries - the Weingut Künstler in the Rheingau. The winery itself was newly founded in the Rheingau in 1965, and the Künstler family originally comes from Austria. A small reminiscence of the old homeland is the Grüner Veltliner in the range - the white parade grape of Austria. In this winery they like to break new ground, which includes the cultivation of the actually Portuguese grape variety Alvarinho, which is used for the well-known and popular Vinho Verde.

With this creative spirit, they didn't just want to renovate the old canteen for the winery's employees.
So together with Jennifer and Nathalie - who have been successfully running their restaurant Les deux Dienstbach since 2012 - they designed the new restaurant in the charming ambience of the winery. An open space, a large table for large groups or as a place for communication. The retained architecture breathes history. And could certainly tell a story or two. For this exciting interior concept, the responsible interior design firm JUNG & KLEMKE, led by interior designer Yvonne Klemke and architect Michael Jung, decided on GAIA by Monica Armani in a unobtrusive yet impressive colour scheme and choice of materials. The chair fits perfectly into the redesigned space and promises East Westphalian seating comfort away from the excellent wines and top French cuisine. Classic French cuisine of the highest quality and wines to die for. What more could you want?
