The new Schüttflix Tower is being built at the junction with Carl-Bertelsmann-Straße and forms the keystone of the Gleis 13 quarter, which consists of four buildings arranged parallel to the railway tracks and opposite Gütersloh main station. At this central interface between different urban areas and busy main roads, the Schüttflix Tower is positioned along several visual axes and serves as a striking landmark for the new urban quarter.

With its V-shaped structure, partially recessed first floor and six upper floors, the building is primarily designed as an office and administration building. A boarding house with 38 rooms is planned for the north-eastern section. The modern GAIA LOUNGE armchairs, FAYE CASUAL armchairs and GAIA LINE bar stools from KFF fit perfectly into the innovative concept of the Schüttflix Tower. Their timeless aesthetics and functionality complement the modern building and create an inviting atmosphere for employees and guests. The combination of KFF and Schüttflix unites design with functionality and contributes to the creation of an inspiring working environment. The in-house bistro Cook & Chill is the ideal meeting place for Schüttflix employees to spend their breaks and sit comfortably on the LUNAR chair.
